While it's clear what replacing requires, the others are a bit different:
Resurfacing
Leave the boxes where they are, but remove the doors and replace them with new ones. Other design elements can be added in the process.
If the surface of your cabinetry is salvageable, we can buff out the problem and bring it back to its former glory. If you want an improvement, sanding your cabinets down gives us a smooth surface we can work with.

Refacing
Instead of removing the doors entirely, just cover them with a new "face". Exposed frames are covered with a thin veneer of real wood or plastic laminate to make them look just like new.

Cabinet replacement will take three work days minimum, going up to five or more depending on number of cabinets and style.
